Until 6 pm on the day of arrival the ordered rooms and related services can be canceled without penalty fee. (except package deals) No deposit required. (except group bookings and certain package deals)
Children and extra beds
Accommodation of children under the age of 6, on extra bed in the parents’ room, is free of charge.
Between the ages of 6 to 12, 50% of the extra bed price will be charged. Up to 12 years sleeping on normal bed, we do not
charge any fee, but at least the single room price must be paid.
Pets
Pets are allowed (max. 20 kg.) In the hotel room always under the owner's supervision. With your pet can enter the restaurant, but you can not enter the drink bar, the wellness and the children's playroom.
